Description

On September 30, 2019, CMS issued a Federal Register entry along with changes to associated sections of the CFR (Code of Federal Regulations). This program will review the current rules and regulations from the Conditions of Participation(CoPs) for discharge planning. The expert, Duane C. Abbey, Ph.D., CFP will then discuss the most recent changes from the Medicare program and how they will impact your practice. He will also discuss the positive impact that effective discharge planning processes can have on hospitals, post-acute providers and patients.
