Tamar J. Cerafici
Biography:
Since the early 1990s, Tamar Cerafici has been helping the regulated community understand how complex environmental laws affect their bottom line. She’s worked with government agencies, small businesses and utilities, bridging the often wide gap between the way regulation is enforced and how – with creative planning – compliance can enhance her clients’ bottom lines. She is one of the few attorneys in the United States to have run the gamut of new nuclear licensing. A popular teacher and speaker, Tamar is licensed to practice law in Utah and Idaho. Currently, she manages a national consulting practice.
