Tim Kelsey
Biography:
Tim Kelsey is a globally acknowledged expert in the international payroll arena. Tim is an honorary fellow of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals and is also a member of both the Irish Payroll Association and the Global Payroll Management Institute. Widely published in the payroll press, Tim is also the author and course tutor for The Payroll Centre’s International Payroll Management diploma, a Pearson Level 5 accredited qualification.
